1 Apologies for absence
2 To approve the Minutes of the annual meeting held on 24-October 2024 (already circulated). To note the Trustees’ subsequent approval of the change of insurer.
3 To receive the Treasurer’s report (attached) and to approve the 2024 audited accounts (attached)
4 To thank Nigel Robinson for his work as honorary auditor and to re-elect him.
5 To authorise Trustee Robert (Treasurer) and Trustee Sophie (investment professional) to roll over the Hampshire Trust bond as appropriate when it matures in November.
6 To receive the Courts and Sports report (attached).
7 To receive and approve a report on the 2025 developments on the field (attached, authors Ian McCrae and Trevor Hair).
8 To receive and approve some proposed minor amendments to the APLA Safeguarding Policy (attached, author Debbie Bell)
9 To receive a report on the 2025 Street Fayre (attached, authors Chris & Ian McCrae).
10 To re-elect the current 13 Trustees:
Debbie Bell, Robert Brech, Margaret & Peter Gobbi, Mary & Trevor Hair, Sophie Hutchinson, Ian McCrae, Hannah Pilling, Rachel & John Price, Suzi Scott-Rix, Andrew Wade.
11 To re-elect the Officers: Rachel Price as Chairman and Robert Brech as Treasurer.
12 To reconfirm management positions:
Ian McCrae: Projects Co-ordinator. Trevor Hair: Maintenance Co-ordinator.
Robert Brech: Captain of Tennis and Head of Courts & Sports.
Debbie Bell: Orchard Supervisor and Safeguarding Officer.
